City of Farmington Plans Arts and Cultural District

The City of Farmington established a “start-up” arts and cultural district several years ago, and the municipality soon will certify the district that encompasses much of downtown. The statewide arts and cultural district initiative capitalizes on New Mexico’s creative economy. By Ryan Simonovich.
